Ngl, it’s a challenge to keep my body prepared to work like I do. Still out there looking for my doppelgänger therapist so in the meantime I’ve got my ProGen 3+ to help unwind the compressive forces from my day.

If you use a tool (vibration or percussion) it’s a thousand times more effective if you move with the tool. Passivity will only do so much.

I’ve gotten pretty good at reaching where I need to on myself, but it’s so nice to have someone else do the work so I can relax!

PS…I hear that moms LOVE Rapid Release tools. Much safer than a percussion device and delivers better results. Source: me. I’m a mom. 😉
