We are now launching Shredding Diaries!!! This is a 60-day fitness competition, where we are inviting everyone from all fitness levels to compete for the overall best transformation during a 2-month period. During the competition time we will be hosting 2 group bootcamps per week (1 morning/ 1 evening) for all contestants.
