So happy to see Oak Hill Community Connections celebrating HealthFinders Collaborative’s expanded dental clinic in Owatonna!

This clinic is part of HFC’s unique model of care—patient-centered, relationship-driven, and grounded in community. By bringing dental care directly into the places people already are, we’re making it easier for families to get the care they need.

Every year, it takes $1.5 million from our community to fuel HealthFinders’ mission. That support is what makes expansions like this possible—and what keeps care accessible for thousands of our neighbors.

Construction Update: HealthFinders Collaborative at Oak Hill Community Connections

The dental space at Oak Hill Community Connections is taking shape! New dental chairs and equipment are now installed, bringing us one step closer to expanding access to affordable, community-centered dental care.

This future clinic will provide preventive and restorative services for local families, plus hands-on training opportunities for future dental professionals. We’re proud to be creating a space where quality care meets community support.
