We’re excited to announce the promotion of Molly Kamrath to Vice President of Business Transformation at Anchor Ingredients.

Since joining Anchor in 2018, Molly has been a driving force to enhance operational performance by connecting people, processes and technology across our business. In her previous role as Director of Business Integration and Improvement, she led key initiatives including ERP implementation, facility integrations and the advancement of our supply chain traceability platform.

She also led the development of Anchor’s sustainability and regenerative agriculture programs, partnering with organizations like the Supplier Leadership on Climate Transition and Pet Sustainability Coalition to help build a more transparent and responsible supply chain.

Molly’s strategic leadership and commitment to continuous improvement have made a lasting impact on our business. We’re excited for what’s ahead in this next chapter.
