Conference mornings are better with a good cup of coffee. Whether you’re looking for a latte before sessions, a pastry between meetings, or a cozy spot to catch up with colleagues, downtown Green Bay has several local coffeehouse and bakery options near the KI Convention Center.
As we prepare to Sail into the Bay for UMR-ACUHO 2026, we’re excited to highlight the places, spaces, and community spots that make Green Bay a welcoming conference destination.

Institution registration for the 2026–2027 UMR-ACUHO membership year is now open!
Renewing your institutional membership keeps your team connected to UMR-ACUHO updates, events, professional development opportunities, regional initiatives, and ways to get involved throughout the year.
As we prepare for the 2026 UMR-ACUHO Annual Conference in Green Bay, Wisconsin, institutions are encouraged to renew early. To receive member rates for the Annual Conference, attendees must be affiliated with a registered UMR-ACUHO member institution before completing conference registration. We strongly encourage institutions to complete membership registration by September 1, 2026.
Early planning will be especially important this year, as a home Green Bay Packers game will take place during our time in Green Bay and may impact hotel availability. More Annual Conference registration details will be shared during UMR Day at the end of July.
To register, visit the UMR-ACUHO website and select “Join UMR-ACUHO” in the top right-hand corner of the page. UMR-ACUHO follows an Institutional Membership Model, meaning one annual membership fee provides access for all staff members within your housing and residence life department.
We look forward to another year of learning, connection, and community across the Upper Midwest region!
