This refreshing Gin Martini pairs perfectly with Pasta a la Vodka. The light lemon fragrance cuts through the richness of the pasta sauce leaving you feeling refreshed.

RECIPE

2 oz Beefeater London Dry Gin
1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
Lemon twist.

Stir gin and vermouth over ice until very cold.
Strain into chilled martini glass.
Express lemon peel over the top and add as a garnish.

But we think the easiest way to be a little happier in this weather is with some HOT BUTTERED RUM! This recipe is sweet, spiced, and cozier than your grandma's old quilt. It's practically a fireplace in a mug.

Important note: You don't have to rest the batter for a full day in the freezer. You can just set it outside for an hour! 🤣

Recipe:

You'll need:
Bacardi Spiced Rum
Vanilla Ice Cream

1 Stick Unsalted Butter
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
2 Teaspoons Nutmug
Boiling Water
Fresh Nutmeg for Garnish

To make batter:
1. Brown Butter in pan.
2. Remove from heat and stir in dry ingredients.
3. Add three scoops vanilla ice cream to a heat-proof container and pour in hot butter mixture.
4. Stir thoroughly.
5. Freeze at least overnight.

To make cocktail:
1. Add 1 shot of Spice Rum to a coffee mug.
2. Scoop in a heaping tablespoon of batter.
3. Top with boiling water.
4. Stir thoroughly.
5. Grate fresh nutmeg on top.
6. Enjoy!
