They say all good things must come to an end...

Please be advised that our office, Move Chiropractic, will be closing as of 11/30/2024, as I have been called to serve our community in a different light and have been hired on as the Executive Director with the West Fargo Park District. Effective 12/01/2024, my practice will be sold to Endurance Sport and Spine and Dr. Kirsten Svaleson. To ensure a smooth transition and introduce Dr. Svaleson to my many patients, I will be staying on until 11/30/2024. I will not be in the office after that date.

You can make an appointment to see Dr. Svaleson here: https://www.endurancefargo.com/book-an-appointment

If you make an appointment to see Dr. Svaleson before my last day in office, and/or would like me to discuss your file with her, please email me at [email protected] and I will get an authorization form allowing me to do so sent to you to be signed.

I want Dr. Svaleson to be familiar with your records so she will be fully prepared to treat you from her first day taking over my office. I have confidence in Dr. Svaleson and hope you will consider allowing her to become her new doctor.

If, for whatever reason, you decide to be treated elsewhere, I will be happy to provide your new provider with copies of the necessary records from your file upon request before 11/30/2024. After 11/30/2024, Dr. Kirsten Svaleson at Endurance Sport and Spine will maintain your records and will be able to provide any alternative provider copies of your records upon request.

I will be doing a bulk order of supplements in the coming week. If you would like something specific, please let me know so I can get this ordered for you!

Our commercial space will also be up for rent- and we’d sure love your help spreading the word to those who may be interested.

Thank you for trusting me to serve you these last fourteen years. It has been an absolute pleasure and honor to be trusted with your care, and often the care of your family, friends, and coworkers. I will miss practice, and particularly the patients I have had the opportunity to interact with day in and day out. My new office will be at the Rustad Recreation Center starting the first week of December- please feel free to stop in and say hi and come walk some laps around the indoor track!

Dr. Amy

Hey everyone! As you carve your pumpkins this season, don’t throw away those seeds—they make for a delicious and nutritious snack! 🌟 Here’s how to turn those pumpkin seeds into a crunchy treat:

🍂 Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe 🍂

Ingredients:

1 cup pumpkin seeds (rinsed and dried)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon paprika or your favorite seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). 🔥

2. Prepare Seeds: If you haven’t already, rinse the seeds to remove any pumpkin pulp. Pat them dry with a paper towel. 💧🧽

3. Season: In a bowl, toss the pumpkin seeds with olive oil, salt, and any additional seasonings you like. 🥄✨

4. Spread on a Baking Sheet: Arrange the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet. 🧩

5. Roast: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the seeds are golden brown and crispy. 🌰🍂

6. Cool & Enjoy: Let them cool before munching. Perfect as a snack or salad topping!

Enjoy your crunchy, homemade pumpkin seeds while they’re fresh! 🎃🌟 Share your roasted seed pics and let us know your favorite seasoning combos!
