Our Warehouse team chose RACC of Fargo-Moorhead as their Charity of Choice in 2025. By utilizing all of their volunteer hours for the year, they secured a $1,500 donation to support RACC's work.

RACC provides critical support for individuals impacted by sexual assault and domestic violence, offering safety, advocacy, and hope. Their work changes lives, and we’re honored to help further their mission.

Last week at The Summit, we celebrated the very best of who we are.

Our Culture Awards recognize team members who model our values and Culture Statements every single day. They show what it actually looks like to Create a Better Living through their leadership, consistency, and care for others.

We received 216 nominations this year. That says a lot about the culture we are building together. To every nominee and every winner, thank you for leading with integrity, caring deeply, and delivering results that move our organizations forward.

This year’s Culture Champions set the standard:

• The Grand Forks Maintenance Team showed what “one team” truly means through resilience and accountability.

• Lee Pratschner, a steady, people-first leader who elevates everyone around him.

• Logan Hackmann, whose ownership and discipline strengthen every project he touches.

• Gerald Aberle, nearing 20 years with the same heart, pride, and consistency that define excellence.

We also celebrated outstanding winners across each part of our Culture Statement, along with our Rookie of the Year recipients who are already raising the bar. This is Creating a Better Living in action.

Two days. Five regions. 300+ team members. One shared purpose.

The Summit brought our teams together to connect, celebrate wins, and invest in their growth. From breakout sessions and leadership insights to recognition moments and a lot of laughter in between, it was a powerful reminder of what happens when we step away from the day-to-day and focus on learning and each other.
