Goldmark Design and Development

The new Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity house at North Dakota State University was designed with character, function and budget in mind. GDD was tasked with fitting a dense 20 bed program into an affordable square footage footprint without losing character or depth in the architecture. This project helps the NDSU Delta - Psi TKE Chapter resolve their long-standing issue with the aging current structure, which was demolished in September of 2025. The success of this project is owed to the support from our design team, general contractor, design consultants, the TKE advisory board and alumni, the City of Fargo, and NDSU. We look forward to seeing the Delta- Psi TKE members and alumni enjoy their new home.
