Spent some some time practicing with the suture kits. The club also learned CPR and practiced with our brand new CPR dog model.

Name: Maggie Cronk
Hometown: Henning, MN
Major: Animal Science
Minor: Agribusiness
Year: Sophomore

Officer Position: Volunteer/Fundraising Co-Chair

Career Goals: I hope to be a Large Animal Vet in the Midwest that specializes in cattle.

Favorite PVC Experience: Touring the U of MN vet school and hearing from all the admitted/current vet students.

Favorite NDSU Course: ANSC 114 with Dr. Eric Berg. I enjoyed getting to go out to all the barns and Dr. Berg always made the class fun to go to.

Favorite Fargo Experience: Attending Bison Football Games and getting to experience the atmosphere of the Fargodome on a game day.

Advice for Incoming Pre-Vet Students: Know your limits when it comes to classes, work, clubs, etc.. Make sure you take time to enjoy college and have some fun besides constantly focusing on school.
