Our Chapter is working closely with KNA for Kentucky Nurses Helping Nurses for the COVID-19 Support program. If you know of any psychiatric providers (psych nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, therapists, etc.) who might be willing to take a new client, please feel free to send us their name and contact information. Thanks for your help!

Please join us at the APNA Kentucky Chapter 2020 annual conference on March 26 at The Kentucky Castle. Deadline for registration is March 12 as required by the cater. No on-site registration this year. Sign-in starts at 8 a.m. Introduction & Welcoming address from Lexington Mayor and former nurse, Linda Gorton at 8:30. The agenda will be posted soon. Seating is limited!

2019 APNA Annual Conference 12/01/2019

This might be a little late, but congratulations to our chapter for the 2019 APNA Award for Innovation - Chapter and congratulations to Mady Strong for being selected as a student scholar - great job Mady!

Visit the APNA booth at 2019 Lexington Pride Festival, June 28th-29th, 5:00 to around 8:00. Our activity goal is to educate the public about alcohol !

2019 Lexington DiverCity Festival 04/28/2019

APNA KY Chapter had a booth at Lexington's first annual DiverCity Festival. We educated the public about safe drinking limits. A PhD student asked to join APNA KY Chapter, and an employer asked us to post job openings for home health psych nurses. Thanks to Diana Spring, Madi Strong, and Sooksai Kaewbua for volunteering at the event.
