Disappointing Golf fitting at Westfields. Fitter gave me wrong shaft info which was a $275 upcharge...I call him immediately after receiving his email to confirm (b/c the shop where I order the club says it didnt seem right....) I call fitter to confirm and he says its correct. 1 week later, he replies to an email I sent him and apologizes that he made a mistake with the shaft weight. Too late for me to change my order. I requested a refund of my fitting...crickets. Had I ordered the correct shaft...zero upcharge.
