Long post because it’s personal and yes, a leadership lesson. My lived experience.

She didn’t.

Not because she wasn’t patient but because she understood something most people miss: momentum doesn’t wait for permission. Every ceiling that’s ever been broken was cracked by someone who decided, on an ordinary Tuesday, to lead anyway. Not when it was comfortable. Not when the room finally made space. Right then.

That’s the part no one tells you about breaking glass ceilings, it’s not one dramatic moment. It’s a hundred small decisions nobody sees:

The meeting where she spoke up anyway.
The promotion she asked for before she felt “ready.”
The no she gave when she was told she couldn’t.
The mirror she looked into and stopped shrinking in front.
The thought of not caring about what people would think.
Unstoppable isn’t a personality trait. It’s a practice. It’s choosing, every single day, to lead and think with intention instead of waiting for confidence to show up first.

So here’s what I know to be true, because I experienced it myself.
For every woman building something she was told she couldn’t:

“Leadership is not a title. It’s a daily decision to lead with intention and every ceiling you break, becomes the floor someone else stands on.”

For me, it’s the vision that stands.
The dream you yearn to fulfill.
The challenge you wouldn’t give up on.
The grit. The fire within.

You are not too much. You are not too early. You are not too late.

You are exactly the momentum this moment needed.
