Google announced today that they plan to make a $300M investment in Virginia. Part of that investment will likely be here in Northern VA. Additionally, a new VA law that reconfigures taxes for data centers is expected to incentivize even more investment in our state. As a result, expect the tech industry in Northern Virginia to keep growing and bringing more employees/homebuyers to the area.
