Asana refers to the postures we move through in yoga.

Each shape is an invitation
to connect breath with body,
to build both strength and softness,
and to prepare the body for stillness.

It’s not about perfect form,
but about presence within the posture.

A steady seat.
A mindful movement.
A return to yourself.

This is where we begin to feel,
to listen,
and to come home to the body.

Mommy & Me Mat Pilates + Dance Class

Join us on Friday, June 5th at 10:30 AM for a fun and uplifting workout designed for mamas and their little ones!

Wave Fusion Fitness will be leading this special class featuring a unique blend of Mat Pilates, Strength Training, and Dance Fitness. It’s a fun and energizing way to move your body while bonding with your baby or mini (toddlers welcome!).

Each class is designed for all fitness levels, and no dance experience is needed. Whether you’re easing back into movement postpartum or simply looking for a fresh and joyful way to stay active, everyone is welcome.
