Gorgeous crystal clear night sky with so many stars in Fallbrook. Thank you Santa Ana’s!

This morning I took an ailing humming bird along with me through the entire yoga practice. Sweet, gentle, fragile, beautiful and vulnerable. The little bird clung on and and held steadfast with me through every pose. With his vibrant colors returning, started to perk up and appeared to get stronger.

Embracing this day like I am this little bird with mindfulness, intention and fortitude.
