100ft over/front rack carry
-1 db overhead one kb front racked switch arms at 100ft mark
5 negative hspus, try to lower yourself as slow as possible. You can either kip back up come off the wall and then kick back up with one is cool.
6 goblet squat/ lunge step combo’s
-perform a goblet squat then a lunge on each leg. That is one rep!
