Equipment does not define your effort. Yes we all love the equipment in the gym and the ability to workout with each other but none of those things should dictate your effort. The same effort should go into the work we’re doing now as it was when we’re able to get after in in the gym, and to me the effort might even be greater now. No one is watching (except me) The discipline is harder, the mental approach is harder and the excitement to do the work is harder. HARD = HAPPY

Tomorrow, January 9, our fearless leader turns 40! What does your average 40 year old want to do for their birthday? Probably NOT RUN 40 MILES! Charley is obviously not your average 40 year old!
