Moral of the story, if my friend owned a restaurant... Guess what, I would eat there! If a friend of mine owned a day spa or salon, I'd go there. If my friend owned a clothing, gift shop or studio, you bet I'd shop there! If a friend of mine taught yoga or pilates, I'd take a class or two. If a friend of mine was a nutritionist or a life coach, I'd work with her.

So, the next time we walk into a big box shop let's think about our friends. Who can we support?
