๐ด SUNDAY RECOVERY AT REINS! ๐ด๐พ
Today was our Sunday Country Strong session out at REINS Therapeutic Horsemanship in Fallbrook! The Pierson family was holding it down and keeping everything running smoothly for us today.
After Coach Nick absolutely destroyed everyone's shoulders and thighs yesterday, Coach Doug led the crew through a much-needed, quick rehab workout. It was the perfect way to flush out the soreness, take care of our bodies, and get moving again! Country Strong is a true family team effort, and we love how this community takes care of each other.

๐บ๐ธ MEMORIAL DAY MURPH CHALLENGE AT WHOLLY YOU FITNESS! ๐บ๐ธ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
Today the Country Strong crew was at Wholly You Fitness in Fallbrook for their Memorial Day Murph challenge! We had a huge turnout and the energy was absolutely incredible. Everybody was working hard, from adults to the kids and familiesโit was amazing to see everyone working out together. We even had a little play area set up for the kids when they got tired so the parents could keep pushing through the challenge.Wholly You Fitnesss
๐ POTLUCK AND BARBECUE:
After the workout, everyone brought a dish for a delicious community potluck. A huge shoutout to our barbecue chief, Bo, for grilling up everybodyโs protein to perfection!Bo Khamphanthong_

Today's Sunday Country Strong session at REINS was an absolute beast! Coach Doug designed a brutal sandbag day, putting the crew through squats, throws, carries, and so much more with some heavy weight. Everyone dug deep and embraced the grind!
