Guys our gosling finally hatched! 4 beautifull babies from our year old goose who was one of our first animals born on the farm. Love getting to see her become a mama just in time for Mother's Day!

WITH WEDDINGS AT A COMPLETE STANDSTILL I've had more time to enjoy learning new skills like baking bread. This is my first try making and now I want to make it every day! Used my flour to add depth of flavor and robustness and I was not disappointed.

So excited for this mango to be ripe! Sometimes, ok most of the time. You see the fruit get to mature size, or growing a little each day and you're like yay, in just a little while I'll I'll be biting into this delicious home grown fruit........then like 4 months later you get the first taste.

In yesterday's rain event the dug for the new coffee plants were doing their job, capturing, slowing and sinking rain where it's needed for the coffee plants. So important to hold rain the earth so it doesn't become a damaging force in the environment.
