Something has shifted. And it's been a long time coming.

Many of you have been here since this page was called Parenting with Purpose and that name meant everything to me at the time. It was where my heart was, and honestly, it still is.

But I've grown. My work has grown. And the name needed to catch up.

ecause what I've always believed, whether I was working with a struggling parent, a dysregulated child, a burnt out team, or someone navigating a hard relationship, is that the words we use, the behaviors we see, and the conflicts we have are never really the whole story.

There's always something underneath.

That's where I live. In the beneath. In the root cause. In the nervous system, the brain science, the patterns we inherited and never knew we were carrying.
