Immediately hiring a maintenance tech to join our growing team. The candidate will possess a strong work ethic and will be able to do such tasks as painting, flooring, trim install, cabinet installation, light plumbing and electrical and apartment clean outs. Must have a valid drivers license and basic tools. Pay depends on skill and experience. Health insurance is available!

Immediate opening for a maintenance person. This person will be directly responsible for cleaning, landscaping, winter snow removal and daily trash removal for multiple properties in the rumford maine area. Must have a valid drivers license. Pay is based on experience.
