Massage therapist, movement enthusiast, and all-around lover of balance — body, mind, and spirit. I blend deep tissue, stretching, and holistic techniques to help you move easier, feel lighter, and reconnect with yourself.

Outside the studio, I’m big into MMA, music, and art — anything that challenges me or helps me express energy in new ways. I bring that same passion and awareness into every session, meeting people where they are and helping them find their flow again.
