There aren’t enough words to express the gratitude I feel for the amount of support I received during this race and preparation for it!!

My fam came correct! Check out the line of my lils’ holding their hands out as I began my run. Man, it makes me so proud to have the ability to show them what hard work and dedication does.

Running this race made me realize just how human I am and that I need to stay conscious of myself and well-being. Staying healthy isn’t just about working out and eating right. We also need to be mentally and physically healthy to endure the different levels of intensity.

Shout out to my hubby who withstood all the cries n complaints for all my aches n pains during this journey!!

I’m not one to really get sick (as an adult) so this has definitely hit me hard! Fluids, meds n nutritional intake is gonna send this bug packing.
