🌌 Innerdance - 2hr sessions

Lay on the mat, listen to the soundscape and allow the experience to unfold. This is a music-based meditative practice that utilizes brain waves and our natural sleep cycle to help drop us into a waking dream space. Excellent way to notice what is happening beneath the surface of your day-to-day and to connect to your highest self.

Learn to use your breath and movement to manage energy levels, integrate emotions and include your body in decision making to enhance your daily life. Unlock the wisdom of the body and learn to “feel” your way through life, instead of getting stuck in logical spirals and anxiety.
