What an accomplishment! Tony qualified and got invited to compete in Colombia for semifinals this past weekend (the step before making it to the games). You should be so proud to have made it so far, we sure are! Way to show up and put it all out there, as always! It was a treat to watch via livestream! Next year we’ll be there cheering you on in person 😉 Thanks for pushing and encouraging us all in the gym as an owner/coach and athlete.

Coach James Howe is a CFS coach, builder, and one of the gym’s owners. You’ll most often find him welding a pull-up bar to the rig and tackling some other project around the gym. James is responsible for much of the incredible construction work that makes our gym the awesome space it is today. Make sure you think about James the next time you’re doing kipping pull ups!
