As Mental Health Awareness Month wraps up, the Solano County Black Infant Health Program wants to remind families that emotional wellness starts early, and every child deserves to feel seen, safe, supported, and loved.
Big feelings in little people are real. Helping children identify emotions, build healthy coping skills, and feel connected to trusted adults creates a strong foundation for lifelong mental and emotional well-being.

Career Readiness Workshops Hosted by Living in the Black Foundation, International Living in the Black Foundation, International is offering two FREE workshops for young adults ages 18 to 30.
• Get Ready To Get Hired will take place on Tuesday April 7th from 6-8pm at TRIBE Event Space (3272 Sonoma Blvd., #3, Vallejo, CA 94590).
• Keep the Job and Grow will take place on Saturday, May 2nd from 10a-12noon at the Fairfield Cordelia Library (5050 Business Center Dr., Fairfield, CA 94534). To register, utilize the QR Code.
