At the Early Identification Program (EIP), students strengthen their reading, writing, critical thinking, and college readiness skills through hands-on learning experiences designed to prepare them for success in high school, college, and beyond.
Every lesson, discussion, and project helps students build the confidence to become lifelong learners.

This Summer Learning Week, we're celebrating the power of education to open doors and create opportunities for first-generation college-bound students.

EIP invites , , government agencies, and industry leaders to participate in Professional Shadowing Day for first-generation rising high school seniors.

Students will have the opportunity to observe professionals in action, learn about career pathways, and gain valuable insight into workplace environments and industry expectations.
