TTR Data Recovery is looking for a customer service-oriented representative for our data recovery office with strong organizational skills and self-motivation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and generate sales leads
Follow up with existing leads via phone and email
Keep customers updated regarding their case via phone and email
Represent and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously and keep track of their cases in our CRM platform
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information using appropriate methods
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Engage customers with professional and friendly service
Interact with customers face-to-face in our office
Manage incoming and outgoing shipping
Manage customers’ paperwork
Interact with our multiple virtual offices via email and phone
Provide information to customers about our services, processes, directions, pricing, etc.
Communicate with other team members regarding customers’ cases
Basic office administration tasks

Requirements:

Experience in customer service and/or office administration (2 or more years)
Knowledge of computer parts & Technology
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Professional and friendly demeanor
Great organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work alone and with others
Responsible and goal-oriented
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required)
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters and situations
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree or higher
