Hooray, the heat dome has lifted!! We're getting ready for two great dances this weekend: Janelle Murphy and Dabe host their monthly Balboa DJ dance in the Ballroom Back Room Friday night; on Saturday, find The Grandsons Expanded at the Spanish Ballroom with some pretty darn fabulous talent onstage for much crazy dance fun. But wait--there's more!

In Europe, they call it a "caravan." NEWS FLASH! Volunteers needed for our dance with The Grandsons Expanded this Saturday night—work a shift and get in free, free, free! Fill out this FORM to reserve your primo spot.

The holiday weekend is drawing to a close and the heat wave is easing a bit. While we might not be attending the 44-year-old Lindy Hop camp in Sweden (where the mosquitos are so big, they have to pay taxes), we've got plenty of Gottaswing classes coming up for your fun and participation, including a Charleston workshop with Sue Caley and Andrew Tecco tomorrow. Thirteen locations for July/August classes!
