Serendipitous Confections

Merry Christmas! Is it snowing where you are? Frosty the Snowman would like to know. Featuring a Callebaut dark chocolate sphere filled with Valrhona cocoa powder, vegan & gluten-free peppermint candy, and vegan marshmallows, we can make one without a meringue decoration if you’re strictly vegan.

This year’s theme is “Less is more”. I have omitted nuts, rose petals, and hard sprinkles this year for cute festive decorations made of Royal Icing (Meringue, Sugar & some coloring). As some of my customers know, I try to avoid loading up on chemicals and preservatives. Aren’t the little candy canes adorning these Callebaut Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bombs so cute?
