The Spring market is in full bloom 🌷🪻🌺🌼🌸

New Listings were up over 100% from last week and the same week one year ago! New Listings rose from 346 to 698. Closed Transactions were also up improving by 12%, increasing from 520 to 583 from the previous week and up over 16% from the same time last year. Pendings fell slightly, falling from 383 to 349.⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

The lake life is where it’s at! We’re really excited for our clients as they’ve been looking for a home on Lake Gaston for some time now- and we finally did it! We negotiated a great contract and I can’t wait to tell you about it after we settle in 3 weeks! Next stop- home inspection 🥂⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Inventory is low…

but New Listings and activity are way up! Over the last two weeks, there have been 1,007 New Listings, 815 Pendings, and 822 Closed transactions. This past week, New Listings were up 32%, increasing from 434 to 573. Pendings were up modestly from the previous week, increasing from 402 to 413. Closed transactions were up 13%, improving from 386 to 436. Rounding out the numbers for the week, Active/Under contract came in at 267 and Coming Soon at 277.

No telling what the market will do as rates come down. More buyers, more sellers, yes. Prices increasing with the increased demand, also yes. More multiple offer scenarios playing out, absolutely yes.
