Victory Church is looking for a full-time youth pastor, responsible for leading all aspects of youth ministry 7th through 12th grade. This will involve helping youth come to know and grow in Christ as well as the church body. Developing connections with peers and mentors, connecting with students outside of church ministry, and partnering with parents in discipling their youth.
