DDC Handyman

So far we have pulled down wall paper, sanded the walls and primed them. We tore up the bathroom room, we are going to be replacing the window, floor tile,.wall tile, tub and valve. The valve is pretty cool that's there now, definitely some history to it.

Gotta love finding rotted subfloor. Not a big surprise, I have seen where they throw tile on top of it with the cement board. That's what happend here. Supported by 2 2x4's and 1 1x6. Yes, a 1x6 was used for a support under the toilet, lol!
Nit to mention, the old plumbing!

Added facia board, soffit, and gutter!

Gave a fence some love, pressure washed and stained!

Today's job, pull up carpet, some old lvp and lay new down! About 750 sqft!
