The author of The Issachar Project and The Kossor Scale for Treatment Outcome Measurement will be presenting a program about "How to get and keep insurance funding for children's mental health treatment" (including "The Quantum Theory of Behavior") at the annual national meeting of the American Mental Wellness Association in Harrisburg, PA November. This will expand on the presentation given in May at the PBIS conference.
