Supine Bent-Knee RNT ASLR
Light bands on the toes = better hip flexion mechanics.
Goal: psoas activation + core control without compensations.
If the hip flexors “turn off,” the body will steal motion somewhere else.
Save this for your warm-up.
Quick reset for hip flexion + core.
✅ Psoas “turns on”
✅ Less low-back grabbing
✅ Better control for squats, running, and getting out of pain
