Nick has a presence that doesn’t demand attention but earns it naturally. He shines brightest when working with kids, where his patience, kindness, and quiet confidence make a real impact. Grounded in humility and driven by a desire to learn, Nick is incredibly intelligent and deeply curious, always seeking opportunities to grow and advance in his career. His inquisitive nature comes through in the thoughtful, meaningful questions he asks—questions that don’t just clarify his own understanding but also help the entire team reflect, align, and communicate more clearly. Observant, reflective, and learning-driven, Nick leads not by volume, but by insight, intention, and heart.

Staff Spotlight ~ Up next is Sadie! Sadie is an RBT in our Evergreen/ Golden region. She is a remarkable presence whose unwavering work ethic and genuine authenticity set her apart. She brings a level of dedication that inspires those around her, consistently showing up with intention, integrity, and heart. Her ability to create a space where both clients and staff feel safe, seen, and supported stems from the compassion she carries into every interaction. Passionate about the work she does and the people she serves, Sadie fosters an environment rooted in trust, empathy, and connection—making her not only an invaluable team member, but a truly uplifting force for all who cross her path.
