MAINTENANCE MECHANIC
PAY $24 TO $40 AN HOUR (WITH GREAT BENEFITS)
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all equipment ensuring product quality, and employee safety. Preform corrective and preventive maintenance to a wide range of machines. Assist in the process of teaching machine operators in how to operator a machine properly.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides mechanical and technical expertise to maintain machines and other utility systems.
• Responsible for reporting technical and operational problems on all equipment.
• Generates repairs and modifications as necessary.
• Operates and maintains workshop, tools, etc. for on-site maintenance and repair.
• Assists with equipment installation and facility modifications.
• Upholds and provides safe, high-quality, consistent products, and superior services that anticipate, meet or exceed the requirements of our customers.
• Complies with General Safety Communication Program.
• Performs any other duties/tasks that may be assigned to him/her on an as needed basis.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Provide analysis and recommendations regarding mechanical failures.
• Recommend and execute overhauls and modifications to improve equipment operation.
• Contribute to the improvement of the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Provide coaching, direction and training to all production and technical team members.
• Read and understand electrical prints, drawings, and basic ladder logic.
• PLC logic highly preferred, including operational knowledge of and ability to write that logic.
• 3+ years’ experience within an industrial Maintenance department
• Must be versed in electric, pneumatic
• Technical training preferred.
• Ability to address complex problems and propose viable solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot using PLC and PC software system tools is a plus.

Hospital Janitorial and Housekeeping Positions

Shifts
8:00am to 4:30pm
2:00am to 10:30pm
10:00pm to 6:30am

Job Description
Candidates will be preforming general housekeeping. Will be preforming duties such as cleaning rooms, changing rooms over after patience are discharged, cleaning common aeras, taking out the trash and other duties as requested.
Qualifications
• Ideal candidates will have a strong desire to work in a hospital environment
• Ideal candidates will have experience cleaning, housekeeping, sanitation, or janitorial experience
• Willing to stand 8-10 hours a day
• Willing to do additional tasks as needed
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Computer skills is a plus
