• weekend recap •

anyone else notice the way time feels lately? is it moving fast ~ slow ~or does it feel frozen for you? i think about this often, but some windows of time it just becomes more obvious when you map it out. i feel like the girl in the last slide some days confident and wearing all the vibes at once and other days all i know is i don’t know and there’s more to learn 🌀📆

all of this happened in one weekend.
3 days.
and it’s only reflecting
moments where a phone camera was present,
not the full conversations
and individual moments had,
new friendships made or old ones deepened,
ideas generated or all of the in-betweens.
i guess im just saying…
you can live many lifetimes in one day, you know?

incredibly full weekend to witness
and live~
thankful i got to experience it and to be growing
alongside you all 🫶

i hope someday soon, falling truly starts to feel like flying again (for us both) 🪶

so much heart went into this project and there were a lot of learning curves along the way….i really want my feed, and our little pocket of the internet to feel more transparent and supportive of the in between stages (whether you’re an artist or not) that’s so much of what this record is about; loving the journey…most of the time we only ever see someone’s highlight reel or final product and it’s easy to start comparing ourselves to where we wish we were at and instead of using that energy to fuel us it can leave us feeling behind. so im here to help break that.
