Perteet Inc. welcomes Erik Martin, PE as the director of South Sound services. Erik brings with him more than 17 years at Pierce and Lewis Counties, most recently in the role of Lewis County manager. He has also worked in consulting as an engineer, project manager, and principal. This move will expand Perteet’s multidisciplinary services to all of southwestern Washington.

Meet Darin Stephens, Perteet’s director of construction management services. Perteet welcomed Darin Stephens, PE, last August as our new director of construction management services. Darin’s 24 years of experience includes eight years at Seattle Department of Transportation where he managed project teams and oversaw some of Washington’s largest projects. He also has extensive experience as a consultant working with clients including Sound Transit, Port of Seattle, and City of Shoreline. Darin works out of our Everett office and leads our construction management business development, staffing, and recruiting efforts.
"Though I've only been at Perteet a short while, I’ve come to feel like I've truly found a home," said Darin. "I am looking forward to the challenges of the coming year and helping the construction management group within Perteet to grow. In short, my goals are to hire good people, work on great projects, and deliver outstanding results!"
