Today was a special one.

Sandy and Susan were faced with the difficult decision of what to do with their late father’s home. To them, this wasn’t just another property…it was the home where they grew up, filled with memories and meaning. Their biggest hope was that it would end up in the hands of someone who would care for it, restore it, and give it new life for another family to enjoy.

I’m truly honored that they trusted me to be part of that process and ultimately chose me to purchase the home. It means more than I can put into words.

Today’s closing was both joyful and emotional, but most importantly, it brought them peace of mind knowing their father’s home is moving into its next chapter.

Debbie reached out to me about 2 months ago when she was looking to sell her home and relocate. I’m not proud of this, but it took me longer than normal to get over to her place to meet her and look over the house….

Great news is it had a very happy ending for us both! From the day I “finally” got there (as Debbie would say 😂) it only took about 5 days to close and get a check in her hand!!
