Once Clipse dropped ‘Grindin’ back in ’02, lunch tables across America would never be the same again! Yet, as much as the iconic beat took school cafeterias by storm, it would take Clipse close to a year, performing non-stop around the country, to catapult their hit single mainstream 🚀. Like the song’s appellation, Clipse’s tenacity illustrates how essential grinding is to entrepreneurship; if you believe in your dream, you must find the courage to push through adversity to realize your dreams.

With this understanding, we come together as a community to celebrate Kellogg entrepreneurs and their achievements, who are grinding at Kellogg areas AND driving a business venture. In a Lightning Talk format, we are championing Kellogg Alum Darius Grandberry (’12), Founder & CEO at Leagueswype, who is rising and breaking ceilings within the Sports Betting FinTech industry while also reaching back to empowering our four featured student entrepreneurs, who are aspiring to do the same within their respective industries 👏🏾. We are excited to celebrate:

- - Founder of 💃🏾
- - Founder of 📝
- - Founder of 🏠
- - Founder of 🥪

Whether you’re an entrepreneur seeking insights, a friend of a panelist showing support, or an ally supporting the cause, we encourage you to grab your tickets (2 meals + reception drinks included) and join us at BMAC this Saturday, October 29th to experience Ceiling Breakers in action AND bring ‘Ceiling Free’ spaces to life!

BMAC is quickly approaching on October 29th, and we need YOU there!

Meet Goldman Sachs investor & advisor Kimberly Marshall and Kellogg sustainability and social impact professor William Towns, the keynotes for our Venture Equity Fireside Chat. Both thought leaders embody the Conference's "No Ceilings" theme through their relentless pursuit of transforming corporations and communities through investment. Before Goldman Sachs, Ms. Marshall held strategic and investment advisor roles at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Uber. Dr. Towns has managed over $800 million in capital to reverse economic disparities and racial discrimination across the Chicago region throughout his career. We can't wait to engage our keynotes in a fascinating discussion about how they've broken the mold and pioneered impact in the investment realm. Get your tickets now at the link in bio!

Join BMA on October 29th for Kellogg's longest-running student-led conference! This 36th Annual Black Management Association Conference (BMAC) will be one of the most enjoyable and impactful yet! This year's theme, No Ceilings, pays homage to the legend Lil Wayne (IYKYK 😉). We'll be engaging an all-star lineup of Black trailblazers that have shattered ceilings in their respective industries through thought-provoking panels, keynote discussions, workshops, and live performances.

Afterward, make that hotline bling at BMA's 🔥 Halloween party, Skary Hours – October's Very Own Drake Night. Drake Night is an open bar costume affair, so we encourage you to bring out a costume that will make "headlines." The night's best costume will guarantee a special prize; however, all other costumes are welcome! Take advantage of early-bird pricing until October 14th and receive a discounted Skary Hours ticket after purchasing a BMAC ticket. Find additional conference information and ticket links at the link in bio!
