Harjit Singh has spent over a decade advising founder-led and PE-backed businesses on inorganic growth, primarily in tech-enabled services across North America and South Asia.

He built his advisory practice by running corporate and M&A strategy inside one of North America's largest tech-for-equity businesses, where he led global acquisitions across a portfolio of 700+ startups.

At Transacta Capital, he leads buy-side mandates for clients in the $10M to $500M revenue range, sourcing off-market targets and structuring capability-led acquisitions in IT services, MSPs and product engineering. Clients engage Harjit when they need to acquire what they cannot build fast enough.
