A few years ago, we were shorthanded and needed help at the last second. We decided to call Ben, and without hesitation, he said yes—because that’s just the kind of guy he was. He not only made the trip to Eureka on short notice, but also brought a truck full of friends to make sure we had more than enough help.

From then on, Ben worked for us every year. He never complained—he just showed up and helped wherever he was needed. He quickly became part of the TVRA family, and we were always so grateful to have him.

Yesterday, the world lost this incredible young man far too soon. Ben was kind, funny, hardworking, and truly one of the best people we’ve had the pleasure of knowing. There’s a huge void now, and he will be missed by so many.

Our thoughts are with his son, family, and friends during this difficult time. 🖤

We were honored to accept two awards at the NRA Finals this past weekend — Platinum Rodeo of the Year and Best Ground of the Year.

The TVRA extends our sincere gratitude to our fans, volunteers, sponsors, and the contestants who show up to support us year after year. These achievements wouldn’t be possible without you.

We also want to thank the NRA for presenting us with these awards and for recognizing the hard work that goes into our event. Plans are already underway to make the 2026 Eureka Rodeo bigger and better than ever! 🥳
