Blue Cliff Zen Center

Our Japanese Tea Ceremony with Kayoko Sato-sensei in Nara. Always a refreshing, grounding, beautiful experience. Sato-sensei has been practicing tea ceremony since she was 13 years old.

Our Zen retreat just ended at Medaka Dojo in Nakatsugawa. Such a wonderful group of participants and supporters. It’s a fabulous place, full of lush greenery, energy, and flowing water. The food was fantastic again! We’re heading to Nagoya now for a zen yoga class with Kitayama-sensei and then onto Nara for the second half of our trip. So grateful to have this time in Japan with everyone.
