The Oregon Wine L.A.B. is closed today for the 4th of July! We wish you all joy, community, and safety on this Independence Day.

As we and our staff take a day to appreciate our families and spend time in the sun we also just want to take a moment and say thank you so much for supporting us!

We're still thinking about Friday's event...

If you were here with us last week, you already know how special it was. Having Collin and Hannah from Augustin Vineyards in the room pouring their standout vintages was the perfect way to celebrate our latest club release.
To complement the pour, we curated a pair of custom bites prepared fresh that morning, each made perfect by artisanal Noisette Bakery baguettes:

Our '23 Chardonnay pairs beautifully with a vibrant parsley and thyme almond gremolata, layered with a delicate apricot slice over whipped goat cream cheese and lifted by fresh lemon zest.

For Augustin's Pinot Noir '23 and '24 vintages, ribboned prosciutto is set above sumac-dusted fig jam and balanced with just enough capers to cut the richness of a double brie base.

Introducing: Summer Paint & Sip Series @ The Oregon Wine L.A.B!

The inaugural OWL Summer Paint & Sip will take place Sunday June, 28th 2 to 4 under the LAB’s covered patio at 488 Lincoln Street, and be led by Amy Hartsfield! All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Cascade Raptor Center to aid in their wildlife rehabilitation and education efforts. Canvas & all supplies are Included with your purchase!

The Oregon Wine LAB's Sumer Paint & Sip Series allows us to suport some outstanding nonprofits while bringing in-person, family friendly fun to our community! Each Paint & Sip will support a different nonprofit organization and feature a different guided painting. All paintings will be led by local artist Amy Hartsfield!

We only have room for 18 easels, so grab your friends and sign up early!
