Underway LLC Underway LLC aka Skookum Marine has been serving Lane County since 1981. We are a sailboat shop providing service and storage. During the summer, we offer rentals including sailboats, kayaks, canoes and paddle boards at Orchard Point Marina.

Orchard Point County Park is located just east of Richardson on the north side of Fern Ridge reservoir, is 58 acres in size. Its day use facilities include two swimming areas, a 221-slip marina, play structures, and several group picnic facilities. Seasonal watercraft rentals, a volleyball net and horseshoe pits.
