Creative Spirit Collaborative

As a people, as a society, we can’t afford to ignore what is being made visible by the Epstein Files, increasing global conflicts, extreme resource depletion, and the slow eradication of our rights to health and wellness. If you feel overwhelmed with information overload and the greater state of the world, know that you’re not alone. This is so big that we need to take it in and process it collectively.

We’ve created a container where we can verbally and somatically process this collective overwhelm, with space for witnessed healing rather than action-oriented solutions. These virtual experiences (and eventually in-person groups!) will include ritual support, heart-centered sharing and reflection, and somatic practices for nervous system regulation. Space is limited and it’s completely free to join us on Zoom.
