Join us on Monday, June 15th at 6pm for our weekly run/walk! It will be hot! The trail has partial shade. If you're joining us, bring water, wear a hat and sunscreen, dress in lightweight clothes, pace yourself, and listen to your body! 🔥🌡☀️🌞
